1990 was crammed full of sequels and Blockbusters with big names above the title...

The BACK TO THE FUTURE trilogy came to a close with a Wild West romp, Bruce Willis returned as the indestructible New York cop John McClane in DIE HARD 2, a new batch of GREMLINS were unleashed to create even more mayhem, Eddie Murphy & Nick Nolte lined up for ANOTHER 48 HRS and Francis Ford Coppola tried to catch lightening-in-a-bottle a third time around with a third GODFATHER movie.

Sean Connery played the drawcard character in THE HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER, Warren Beatty made the unusual choice to play DICK TRACY, but Schwarzenegger was in his element with Dutch director Paul Verhoeven in TOTAL RECALL, an adaptation of Philip K. Dick's WE CAN REMEMBER IT FOR YOU WHOLESALE.
